The youth hosted a Valentine dinner for all the seniors 55 and over last night. They normally do this at Christmas time, but it was decided everyone might be less busy for Valentine's. The menu was smothered steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus, salad and rolls with strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everyone seemed to enjoy the meal!
There was a light snow yesterday afternoon, but it didn't hinder any of these couples from coming to their party.
A little behind the scenes action...
After everyone finished eating, several couples played the Newlywed game. It was pretty hilarious!
Erin and Hailey made great hostesses!
Good help was not hard to find for clean up. Evan and Ben were professional dishwashers.
The youth did a great job hosting this event. And I think everyone there had a great time!
